The following policies are in place to ensure a smooth experience for our clients and artists. Please read carefully before submitting a booking request.
By booking an appointment with Stay Cool Tattoo, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Policies
- All tattoos are by appointment only unless otherwise stated.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments.
- Deposits go toward the final cost of your tattoo.
- Deposits secure your appointment time and compensate the artist for drawing and preparation.
- No appointment is confirmed until the deposit is received.
Appointments & Deposits
- We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit.
- No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a larger deposit for future bookings.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
- If rescheduling is required due to lateness, the deposit may be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
- All tattoos are custom unless otherwise specified.
- Design drawings are typically prepared close to the appointment date.
- Minor adjustments can be made on the day of your appointment.
- Significant changes may require rescheduling and an additional deposit.
- We do not copy other artists’ work.
Design Process & Changes
– You must be 18 years or older
– Valid government-issued photo ID is required
– No minors, no exceptions, no parental consent tattoos
Age Requirement
– Appointments may be rescheduled if you are sick or contagious
– Tattooing will not be performed over infected or compromised skin
– Clients must disclose medical conditions, medications, or skin issues prior to tatt
Health & Safety
– Touch-ups are handled at the artist’s discretion
– Touch-ups are only offered on work done in our shop
– Proper aftercare must be followed
– Touch-ups do not cover fading caused by sun exposure, improper healing, or neglect

Children & Pets
– No children or pets allowed in the tattoo area
– All tattoo work is final
– No refunds on completed tattoos or deposits
Refunds
– We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
– This includes disrespectful behavior, intoxication, poor hygiene, or unrealistic expectations
